Founded in 1976, Overwraps is a premier converter of flexible packaging strategically based in Dallas, TX. The company specializes in 10-color flexographic printing and lamination of high-performance barrier films in the form of roll stock and premade pouches/bags. The company is owned by Mr. William C. Seanor, who acquired the company from Dakota Capital in 2006. Bill continues as the CEO of the company presiding over its impressive growth through innovation and technological advances.
Overwraps has invested in every facet of its business including state-of-the-art flexographic printing, in-house art design and plate making, multilayer solvent-less lamination, high-speed slitting, and best-in-class premade pouch and bag production.
Over the years Overwraps has continually improved its carbon footprint with investments that have reduced energy consumption, emissions, and water usage throughout its operations making the company responsible partner to its customers.
In 2011, Overwraps became the first flexible packaging converter to achieve the highest rating for Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification. This benchmark achievement is maintained annually and drives the company’s commitment to quality and safety.

William Seanor
Chairman & CEO

Bill purchased Overwraps Packaging in 2006 and has since served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Overwraps, he was one of the founders of Vanguard Plastics, Inc. where he worked as Managing Partner and CEO for 19 years before selling the company. As a 50+ year veteran in the industry, Bill began his flexible packaging career with Mobil Chemical domestically where he started in the financial organization before moving into sales and marketing management, and then general management before being appointed President of Mobil Plastics Italiana based in Florence Italy. He was later named the President of Mobil Plastics Europe, Virton, Belgium to lead the company’s $100+MM grassroots venture into manufacturing and marketing flexible packaging products throughout Europe. Upon returning to the U.S., he was appointed Vice President and GM of Mobil Chemical’s Consumer Products Division where he was responsible for the manufacturing and marketing of consumer-packaged goods (Hefty). Following his time at Mobil, Bill became the President of Heritage Bag and Heritage Plastics in Dallas, TX prior to the creation of Vanguard Plastics.
Lanny Howell
President, COO

Lanny has served Overwraps as its President and Chief Operating Officer since 2001. Lanny began his career in flexibles working at Dixico Inc. where he was employed for
10 years. Prior to joining Overwraps, he worked at Bryce Corporation for 11 years ascending in management positions and gaining extensive experience in flexible packaging sales to Fortune 500 consumer products companies.
Nicole Seanor Russo
Vice President

Nicole joined Overwraps in 2012 after spending 10 years in pharmaceutical sales with Abbott Laboratories where she earned top national achievement awards. She continues that discipline for top performance at Overwraps where she serves the company as V.P. of Sales. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Vanderbilt University.
Carlton Ferguson
Vice President

Carlton joined Overwraps in 2012 and serves the company today as V.P. of Sales. He began his selling career in 1991 working for Vanguard Plastics where he spent 14 years opening and managing national accounts. Immediately prior to coming to Overwraps, Carlton was the President of Industrial Packaging Systems for seven years.
Chris Donnelly
Vice President - Supply and Distribution

Since joining the company in 2015, Chris has served Overwraps as its V.P. of Supply Chain and Distribution where he oversees raw material procurement, customer service, scheduling, and shipping/receiving. He began his career at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young, and subsequently served as the chief financial officer for privately held small and mid-sized companies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Will Siler
VP Manufacturing & Technical

Will joined Overwraps in 2020 as its V.P. of Manufacturing and Technical operations after holding leadership positions at IG Design Group of Americas (Vice President), Amcor (General Manager), Bemis (Print Process and Technical Team Leader). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Technology from Pittsburg State University.
